For every gallon of their soft, tangy Saison base, the celebrated Colorado brewers added about 2 lbs of whole triple crown blackberries before allowing it all to infuse in oak barrels.
Bright, juicy bramble fruit aromas perfume the air above your glass, inviting you in. The sip follows, with spritzy natural carbonation carrying notes of homemade jam and underripe blackberries over your palate. Hayloft and oak nuances add subtle funky undertones to the tart taste.
