I usually just go out to a restaurant for my anniversary. But the crew at 3 Sons had something way better in mind for the big seven!

They took a decadent Stout base and aged it in 12 year Heaven Hill bourbon barrels for 14 months. Then they transferred it to 12 year Barton 1792 bourbon barrels for 13 more months. And for the cherry on top, they transferred it a second time to 13 year Russel’s Reserve bourbon barrels for an additional 8 months.

We haven’t gotten a taste of Happy Anniversary - 7 Year yet, but we’re expecting a seriously decadent, cask-forward sip teeming with complexity. Look forward to notes of homemade fudge and bittersweet cacao. Ripples of caramel drizzled dates should add to the melange of deliciousness, underscored by a dynamic whisper of umami. Meanwhile, lingering layers of vanilla, top shelf whiskey, and wood char invite you back for another taste. All while keeping the 17.5% ABV shockingly smooth.

This love letter to barrel aged beer is sure to wow folks at the bottle share and would make a great addition to any serious collector’s cellar. But WHENEVER you decide to open it, you’ll definitely have a reason to celebrate!
