Gabe Fletcher and his team over at Anchorage Brewing consistently craft some of my favorite IPAs anywhere on the planet. So when I heard they were releasing a brand new West Coast DIPA, I made sure we secured a stash ASAP!
They brewed Fight with Citra, Cascade, and Citra Cryo, plus double dry hopped with Nectaron, Citra, Simcoe, and Cascade for a super saturated sip!
Look forward to notes of citrus zest, passion fruit, and white peach squaring off with pops of grapefruit pith and pine resin. And it should all culminate in a clean finish that goes down shockingly smooth considering it’s packing an 8.5% ABV punch!
