Holy Mountain is releasing a brand new batch of Sacred Geometry and you’ve got the chance to call dibs on a bottle first!

The Seattle team began this vintage with a blend of mixed-culture and oak-aged Ales. Then they refermented the brew in newly-emptied red wine barrels with fresh, Washington-grown raspberries. Finally they bottle conditioned it with an extra touch of Brettanomyces.

We expect this batch to overflow with juicy raspberry nuances accented by vinous Cabernet tones. Anticipate zings of bramble fruit swirling through the mildly tangy sip, morphing into complex, funky notes of red wine, horse blanket, and hay. A touch of smoothly tannic oak ought to give the finish a delightfully dry snap that’ll keep you coming back to your glass again and again. 

Although a brew like this certainly stands on its own, this ruby-hued beauty will make a refreshing spring supper when paired with some grilled chicken and asparagus.
