I have personally adored every release in Bottle Logic’s Lightning in a Bottle series of cocktail inspired sippers that we’ve managed to get our hands on. And I’m far from alone — the whole series boasts an obscene average 4.54 Tavour-rating!
So when they told us that the latest edition was about to drop, I didn’t even wait for them to finish it before telling them to send it our way!
For Garden Studies, the Cali mixologists aged a Seltzer base in gin barrels, imbuing the brew with delicate nuances of herbs and spice. Then they finished it with lychee, lemon, hibiscus, and elderflower — a true bartender’s best friend.
We haven’t had the pleasure of trying this one, but it looks absolutely beautiful, pouring an appetizing, soft pink tone. And we bet it tastes even better than it looks, with lychee’s luscious, pear-like tones leading into bright, berry kissed botanicals. A spritz of zesty citrus should liven it all up before a mellow hibiscus finish.
