Your favorite pastry just met its deliciously deluxe, coffee-esque match with today’s Möbius Porter! But hey, as Craft Beer & Brewing put it when they named Equilibrium a Breakout Brewer, “this is what happens when professionally trained scientists get involved in brewing!”

Pete Oates — the MIT graduate-turned-brewery co-founder — gently coaxed a lavish roasted maltiness from piles of dark grains. Expect semi-sweet nuttiness to mingle with bold, coffee-like character as the flavors unfold into notes of java-laced baker’s chocolate swirled with decadent, creamy vanilla and a touch of caramel. 

Every mouthful is velvety-smooth, like the luxurious crema on a shot of just-pulled espresso! And it’s all wrapped up with a 7% ABV. 

With its luscious café flavors, this Porter will pair divinely with a flaky chocolate croissant or provide a delicate after dinner treat all on its own.
