To craft Barrel-Aged Cuvée de Candy Bar, the NYC crew started with a rich base aged in BLiS Wild Thai Banana Maple Syrup barrels for 27 months for treacly, tropical, oaky complexities your goblins definitely won’t find going door to door. Then they blended it with a bit of fresh Imperial Stout conditioned on stuff the children might get trick-or-treating: chocolate bars, coconut, cocoa, marshmallows, and vanilla!
Decadent chocolate-covered banana tones cascade into Mounds bar sweetness on every silky swig. Hints of marshmallow and custard make it even more smooth, with touches of maple and woody complexity only adding to the delicious confectionary flavors.
Careful though — it might taste like a melange of all your favorite candy bars drizzled with syrup, but there’s an untraceable 14.8% ABV in there!
