But that’s hardly a surprise coming from Great Notion! This crew crafts some of the Pacific Northwest’s top suds, excelling in a whole range of styles.
The team brewed a fluffy base with a dash of toasted rice and fermented it with vanilla, guava, and a silky ribbon of milk sugar for all the signature flavors of a mochi ice cream. And they amped up the fruity nuances with a dry hopping of Mosaic, Sabro, and Motueka.
Tropical pops of guava, papaya, and lychee weave through the creamy base, accented by hints of stone fruit and lime zest. Herbaceous undertones lend balancing touches of lemongrass to the back end, before it all culminates in a smooth vanilla finish that invites you back for more.
