The last time we had this complex sipper from Fair Isle, it totally wowed Tavour members, who called it “Everything I enjoy in a Saison,” saying “LOVED,” and “Def buy this again.” 

The GABF-winning Seattle brewers crafted this batch of Alicel with a soft body featuring a touch of Oregon-grown raw wheat. The team used three lbs per barrel of Hallertau Mittelfrüh, giving each sip a balanced noble hop character. 

Look forward to refreshing quaffs that bloom with wild meadow funk and florals while zips of lemon breeze by. Mild honeydew and cucumber nuances will combine with herbaceous undertones, creating the impression of a spring garden. 

Plus, it comes with an easygoing 5.3% ABV.
