To make it, the team at Fair Isle meticulously blended mature Farmhouse Ales aged in oak for up to 12 months and refermented on white peaches from Collins Family Orchards in Selah, WA. And we’re expecting the final result to be far more breathtaking than any impressionist painting or musical composition.
Look forward to succulent smacks of stone fruit swirling over fresh hay, farmhouse funk, and tannic oak. Meanwhile, a bright acidity should deepen the flavors, making for a deliciously refreshing sip.
