The Cider masters and their friends from down the coast at Hama Hama Oyster Co. crafted this sipper by taking inspiration from the land around them. They began with Finnriver’s own organic, estate-grown golden russet apples. Then the crew infused the freshly-pressed juice with wild nootka rose hips and grand fir tips.
The native ingredients add elegant hints of complexity to each crisp, pome-forward quaff. Effervescent tastes contain whispers of earthy florality, a dash of citrusy brightness, and lingering, resinous botanical nuances.
There’s really no wrong way to enjoy this sophisticated beauty, but since it’s a collab with some of the region’s best oyster growers, why not pair it with some fresh shellfish?
