Brewed with Riverbend Malt House, cereal mashed local raw wheat, and with burlap-aged hops, fermented with house mixed cultures, aged in oak, then finished on a meticulous blend of whole Michigan-grown Montmorency and Balaton cherries, Meemaw [Blend 9] is like an all-American riff on Kriek Lambic.
Expect the sip to start out with a bright and pleasant tang, featuring hints of sour cherry jam coursing underneath. And look forward to whispers of hay and barnyard funk elevating the flavors before culminating in a crisp and snappy finish.
