And 2023’s 4.36 Rated Brew 8000 is set to match that acclaim, with one lucky taster calling it “almost perfection!”

Created in celebration of the Seattle brewery’s 8000th batch of beer, this extraordinary bottle more than matches its predecessors. You’ll discover massively malty notes of date, fig, and toffee, along with hints of oaky vanilla and whiskey caramel from 16 months of aging in 10-15 year old bourbon barrels. 

The long, lingering finish brings nuances of honey drizzled toast, with barely a trace of the 13.4% ABV.
