The crew crafted it with a base blending British Maris Otter, Crystal, and dark roasted specialty malts, plus a heaping helping of flaked oats and a dose of milk sugar. After fermentation, they conditioned the brew on coffee from their friends at Stamp Act to boost the roasty profile, and Madagascar vanilla beans to deepen the latte nuances.
The velvety result pours soft and creamy, enticing you in with caramel and coffee aromas. On the sip, you’ll find a beautiful balance of fudgy mocha, toasted marshmallow, and hints of dried fig, while whispers of hazelnut praline slide into the smooth finish.
