Description

Just Sea is an Imperial Stout aged in Woodinville Whiskey barrels, that previously held my barrel picks with El Cerrito Liquor, for two years. It is the base beer from the previous Forager collaboration, ‘Seagle, Not Seagull.’ Twenty-four months did wonders to this Stout and I beyond happy with the results. Expect rounded vanilla, complex spirit character, caramel, milk chocolate fudge, and a warming finish. No adjuncts but full of flavor thanks to these wonderful casks.
