Description

Kaboom Boom Maple Doom Doom is a collaboration with Human People Beer in Seattle, Washington. It is an 11.7% ABV Imperial Stout that aged in Buffalo Trace Bourbon barrels for 50 Months with an absurd amount of Maple Syrup added. For those who followed Andrew Schwartz's brewing journey, Kyle made a number of collaborative beers with him during his tenure at Modern Times called Doom Hawk. This is an ode to that and a big thick maple forward Barrel Aged Imperial Stout.
