The crew at Living Häus started by blending two of their favorite Pilsner malts along with a touch of malted wheat. Then they hopped it all up with German Tradition, Calista, and Magnum for flavors that’ll keep you sipping through the sunny days to come.
Look for subtle stone fruit notes smeared across a bready body, with whispers of white pepper and wildflowers adding complexity. And the light, dry finish will keep you quenched no matter how hot it gets outside.
This brand new brew doesn’t have any ratings yet, but you know they nailed it — they have a freakin’ umlaut in their brewery name! You’re not allowed to put those two little dots above the vowel unless you absolutely slay at classic German styles. Or you’re in a metal band.
So grab yourself a few cans, throw on some Motörhead, and let’s get ready to rock all sümmer löng!
