Only a handful of lucky tasters have tried New Image’s newest Noema, but they’re already enraptured by this sumptuous elixir!

And it’s no wonder —  the FOBAB-winning crew searched their cellar so they could begin with some of the most mature Stouts they had. They blended brews aged for 40 months each in Balcones Bourbon and Elijah Craig barrels. Then they complemented the mixture’s notes of nougat and cacao by conditioning the mixture on freshly-toasted organic almonds. 

You can expect each silky pour to flow with rivers of cocoa-y nuances studded with marshmallow and marzipan tones. Anticipate flourishes of whiskey caramel and oaky vanilla floating across your taste buds. With a warming amaretto finish, Noema - Blend No. 6 will leave you with the impression of a grown-up 3 Musketeers bar or expertly-baked almond croissant dipped into rich sipping chocolate.
