Whoops — scratch that last one!
Omnipollo crafted today’s cornetto-inspired confection by stuffing a sweet Imperial Stout base with “an obscene amount” of pistachios, toasted coconut, caramel, and vanilla. So much, in fact, that you may even find a few floaties decorating the taste!
Milk chocolate notes swirl around rich, nutty nuances each nearly-still, full bodied sip. Toasty toffee and brioche tones lend the taste a pistachio croissant character that fades into a ‘nilla finish.
And all that indulgence comes with a 10.5% ABV.
We recommend pouring a glass of this Stout and finding a cozy spot to read for a while. Perhaps with a copy of Jane Eyre, Agnes Grey, or Wuthering Heights. Of course, if you’re more of a movie buff, it’ll also go great with one of Edgar Wright’s Three Flavors Cornetto trilogy like Hot Fuzz or Shaun of the Dead!
