Apparently Chicken Riggies is a New York specialty outta Utica with rigatoni, chicken, and hot cherry peppers, typically served in a tomato cream sauce.
You know what else is a NY specialty? Other Half! And I bet this 4.25 UT-rated DIPA making its Tavour debut would go phenomenally well with just about any pasta dish you pair it with!
To craft it, the lupulin legends started with a pillowy base before hitting it with a hand-selected blend of Mosaic, Citra, and Idaho 7 Hops. The end result is a juicebomb surging with succulence that’ll go great with everything from marinara, to bolognese, to a light and vibrant pesto.
Geysers of ripe mango, sunny pineapple, and bright mandarin erupt out of every drop. Hints of pink grapefruit and drippy pear carry underneath with splashes of blueberry and stone fruit before a pinch of pepper on the end of a swig that completely hides its 8.5% ABV.
