For the beer’s inception, the caped crusaders at Sante Adairius Rustic Ales joined forces with Jeff Kimpe of Triple Rock Brewing and engineered the ultimate thirst quencher. It’s since morphed into the stunning, regular release you see before you. 

Each sip leaps into action with a dynamic lemony brightness and wet hay undertones. And since it’s fermented in French oak, delicate hints of woody tannins play beautifully against gentle ripples of pear and apricot. It culminates in a dry and crisp finish, peppered with a touch of earth, inviting you back for a sequel.

Show up to the bottle share with this super Saison in tow, and you’ll definitely be the hero of the night. But if you’d rather play up the villain arc and hog it all to yourself, it’ll make a stellar addition to your cellar or pair beautifully with seared scallops and an arugula salad.
