The California microflora masters crafted this brew with a special blend of several oak aged Saisons, including one that slumbered in port casks.

Every vibrant sip reveals bright splashes of citrus, plus complex fruit and funk nuances. Lemony tartness lifts notes of apricot and white grapes, while layers of freshly turned soil and wet hay keep it grounded. A whisper of woody tannins lends the crisp finish a dry snap that invites you back for more.
