The masterful team at Sante Adairius crafted this 4.44 UT-rated Belgian-style Blonde Ale with a touch of rosehips and locally-harvested Meyer lemon. And they let it mature in Sante Arcangeli Family Wines’ chardonnay barrels, resulting in a complex cask character. 

The sip opens like a present, with stunning notes of zesty citrus playing against a tangy brightness. Hints of barnyard funk fold into layers of hay and bready malts while vinous ribbons of white wine and oaky tannins tie a bow around the effervescent finish.
