It’s been more than six years since Schramm’s Mead released the first batch of The Duel, but today’s your lucky day. The team just dropped Batch 2 of this unbelievably layered Melomel! 

And the fortunate few to have tasted it this release have rated it an incredible 4.52 on Untappd!

Schramm’s created it by co-fermenting black currants with responsibly sourced Scottish heather honey. 

Anticipate aromas of wildflowers, leather, and tobacco to draw you into a sweet-tart sip where juicy and jammy black currant nuances dance with complex honey tones. The earthy and tannic aspects of the blend ought to give you plenty to contemplate as you savor a nip with a special meal or while you relax afterwards.
