Description:

Back in antiquity, Ambrosia was the nectar of the gods. I imagine that whatever those deities were drinking was a lot like a Wild Ale from the legends at Side Project — complex, refreshing, and utterly divine. 

Today’s offering certainly fits that bill! To craft it, they rested a delicate Saison base on soursop fruit and fresh Madagascar vanilla beans.

Look forward to a luscious melange of tropical tones shining on the palate like Helios’ chariot, playing beautifully against the ribbons of vanilla. Labyrinthine layers of hay and farmhouse funk should complement the bright tang before giving way to a crisp and satisfying finish.  

If you want to rule over your backyard from a lawn chair throne like a modern-day Zeus, then you’re gonna need a fitting beverage. Ambrosia’s just the thing!
